Keeping Our Customers Safe
Felicity’s of Hampshire is committed to protecting our customers and staff during this difficult time of the Coronavirus spread. Our priority continues to be to provide you with the best possible customer service while safeguarding the health and safety of all parties. With this in mind, we have put in place the following measures.
All our staff will be equipped with hand sanitizer at all times and are practicing frequent hand washing and santizing, including upon arrival at and departure of the property to ensure your belongings remain as clean as possible. In addition, we are cleaning any unavoidable, frequently touched surfaces with antibacterial wipes.
While it can be very difficult for our staff to remain 1m apart, we are doing our utmost to ensure that we upkeep social distancing with our customers. This includes; video 'walk-rounds' of properties to provide initial quotations, calling customers to notify them of our arrival and requesting that customers open all doors to allow for limited touching of door handles. Should the customer feel they wish to remain in the room at the time of packing/unpacking, this is their choice.
While engaging in conversation with customers and working in a room where customers are present, our staff will wear face masks to protect the customers and themselves.
